DEEPTI BHARGAVA
Ms. Deepti Bhargava is a dedicated law professional with over 10+ years of experience. She completed her Master’s in Constitutional and Administrative law from Pune University, along with Diploma in Cyber Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws. At the nascent age of 23, she joined the Bar and began practicing in Delhi across all the forums.
Adv. Deepti holds an expertise in handling Matrimonial and Civil matters. She has conducted over 30+ POSH and POCSO trainings both for the trainers and for the beneficiaries. She is deeply committed to supporting marginalised communities and in defending their rights.
Through her strong research, drafting and advocacy skills, she has consistently delivered favourable results for her clients.
Presently she serves as a Legal Aid Counsel for Civil matters at Delhi State Legal Services Authority, where she represents and counsel clients in Civil matters. She is also a Jail Visiting Lawyer for DSLSA.
She actively participates in legal and social initiatives. Ms. Deepti is also a national level swimmer and gymnast and find her joy in art, craft and painting, balancing her professional and personal passions.
ANUNAY SAHAY
Anunay Sahay is a protégé of Fergussion College and Campus Law Center, Delhi University with a strong foundation in law and criminal justice. He has been practising litigation across Courts in Delhi Including Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India since 2016.
He is a panel member of Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee, where his work includes representing vulnerable populations. He provides strategic support to start ups in all matters pertaining to contract drafting and intellectual property law.
He handles criminal defense, complex legal disputes and high stakes matrimonial ligitation alongwith ecclesiastical conveyancing for clients. He is a life member of Bar Association of India and the prestigious Delhi High Court Bar Association.
He is an avid reader of Indic Literature and combines his vast knowledge to solve disputes between parties in real time. His passions include trekking and gaining knowledge through association with learned and Noble men.
